Jack Osbourne

Jack Osbourne's transformation in 2005 is a perfect example of what can happen when a person is consistent with and committed to their training. To lose weight Jack quit smoking and drinking, woke up early (7AM) and ran 45 minutes everyday before breakfast, stopped eating junk food, and trained at a kickboxing camp in Thailand.

Mo'nique of "Phat Girlz" and "Precious" fame

Everyone should be proud of their bodies but I don't think that if I were Mo'nique I would have taken this picture. At least not with the painted outfit.

Recommendation: Stay proud but hit the gym. 30 minutes of cardio daily keeping your heart rate in your Fat Burning Zone during that 30 min. Total body strength training 3 times a week and drop your caloric intake to the level of your RMR. The stomach, and excess weight will start to shrink in no time. And stay away from paint please.
